Favourite sporting moment: Making my first representative team was honestly one of the best feelings ever. I’d been training hard for ages, so getting the email saying I had made it felt like everything was worth it. It proved I was good enough to play at a higher level and gave me so much more confidence in myself.
Why SRS?: “I love wearing ribbons when I play—it’s a fun way to show my personality on the field and court. Now I can wear ribbons that match my playing uniform, which makes me feel more confident and connected to my team.”

Favourite sporting moment: When I was 10, I trialled for my first Met East team alongside girls who were much older than me. I was nervous and thought I had missed out—then number 11 was called! Making the team showed me that even when you’re nervous or younger than everyone else, you should always give it a go and believe in yourself.
Why SRS?: “I love playing sport, being part of different teams, meeting new people and challenging myself to improve. I want to encourage other young athletes to try different sports, believe in themselves and never give up, even when things get hard. I’m so excited to be part of the Sports Ribbon Society family.”
